SwimReady is provided by Dzmitry Bukuyazau, Poland ("Developer"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the App.
The App lets you log water test results for pools and hot tubs, calculates a water-quality score, suggests chemical dosing amounts based on the values you enter, diagnoses common water problems, charts your test history, and schedules care reminders. The App is free, with no subscriptions or in-app purchases.
Pool and spa chemicals are hazardous substances. Dosing amounts shown in the App are estimates calculated from the water volume and test values you enter. Before adding any chemical you must:
You are solely responsible for the safe purchase, handling, storage, and application of chemicals, and for verifying that water is safe before anyone swims.
Scores, dosing suggestions, and diagnoses are guidance computed from the readings you provide. Their accuracy depends on your test kit, your entered pool volume, and factors the App cannot see (weather, bather load, equipment condition). The App is a helpful guideline, not a substitute for professional water testing or advice. It provides no guarantee that water is safe or sanitary.
Data sync uses Apple's CloudKit with your own Apple Account and is subject to Apple's iCloud terms. Sync availability depends on your iCloud sign-in status and Apple's services; the App also works fully offline without iCloud.
The App and all related IP are owned by the Developer. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to property damage, chemical injury, illness, or losses arising from water-treatment decisions made using the App's estimates. As the App is provided free of charge, the Developer's aggregate liability is capped at EUR 50.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Calculations are approximations and not guaranteed to be accurate.
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Warsaw, Poland. You agree to attempt informal negotiation via support@swimready.app for at least 30 days before filing a claim.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect 14 days after being posted on this website. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
